 Hello, and welcome to my blog, titled Hope 4 Chronic Illness.

My name is Zach. I am 20 yrs old, and I am from St. Louis, Missouri. My mission is to spread awareness and make an impact on members of the chronic illness/disability community, more specifically, those with intersectional identities such as myself, a disabled transgender man. I advocate for human rights for ALL, not just those with disabilities. I hope you will kindly follow my journey, and I wish to see others succeed in theirs too!
